    I love this boot camp. I didn't expect to like it so much. It makes me feel good. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to die but it also makes my body feel alive. There are some days I know I'm doing great and I can feel my endurance building a little at a time. I hope to continue for a long time! This boot camp is amazing, exciting, and tiring but in a good way.

    The workouts are just right for me. Ron pushes me harder than I would myself. No two workouts are exactly the same. Ron mixes it up so I don't get bored mentally or physically. I sleep better. I don't get out of breath walking up multiple flights of steps at work. My blood pressure is lower.

    It's almost a full year working out with Coach Ron doing his boot camp and I couldn't be happier.     I really love this boot camp! I look forward to it all week. It's challenging and really fun. I'd even call it exciting. Yes, it's exciting! I like that Ron cares about his clients. Most of all, I like that I'm seeing results in my fitness and body composition. Not only is Ron a great trainer/coach, he is very personable and good with people. He made me feel comfortable and welcome when I first met him. I also like the variety of equipment he brings for us (the sled, trx, med balls, resistance bands, etc.)
